Welcome to explore south Finland. Visit the capital city Helsinki, where you can easily take cruises to Tallinn, Estonia and Stockholm, Sweden, go to zoo and see all the historical and modern places. We have modern museum Kiasma, science park Heureka and zoologigal museum with dinosaurus skeletons. We have a lot of things to do in nature also. With every-mans-rights you can for example pick berries and mushrooms from the wild and do camping. With good bike path networks it´s easy to explore the surroundings by bike.

We have three-story duplex in peaceful private house area in Järvenpää. (More about Järvenpää https://www.jarvenpaa.fi/en/culture-and-recreation) 30 minutes from Helsinki. (More about Helsinki https://www.myhelsinki.fi/your-local-guide-to-helsinki) and 20km from airport. The house´s main floors living room has an access to big glazed terrace. In the terrace we have dining table and couches, hanging chair and gym rings. Access to terrace also from downstairs sauna area. From the terrace you can go straight to our own fenced yard where we have a big trampoline, sandbox, sun loungers, berry bushes, fruit trees and a grill. In every floor has their own bathroom. Showers in main floor and downstairs sauna area. Downstairs we also have a movie room with own bar area, fridge, video cannon, wall sized screen and ps5. You can watch the screen from sauna from the movie window. The movie room has a sound sealed door so you can watch movie in peace without waking up others. The movie room can also be a bedroom because there is a sofa bed. The house has also three other bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room and a little aisle on the third floor.

Near the house about 500 meters away we have train station, two playgrounds, fitness stairs, ski slopes and outside skating fields in the winter, three grocery stores, a sports park and forests. Train journey about 30 minutes to Pasilas shopping center Tripla and to capital city Helsinki. At sports park there is a sports center, football field, basketball field, ice rink, swimming hall, sports hall, padel hall, playground, trampoline park and spaces to boxing and dancing.

To the center of Järvenpää is about 1,5km. At the center we have a movie theater, restaurants, events, cafés, shopping center, library and Rantapuisto. Rantapuisto is a big park area which has playground, outside ice skating field and nature ice route on the lake where you can skate, excursion skate, cycle, walk, ski and go with kick sled in the winter. Rantapuisto also has outside sports park, skateboard track, minigolf, outside padel fields, a beach/winter swimming and a lot of park space to activities and hanging out. From the library you can borrow sports equipments. To estate of Vanhankylä is about 4km travel. In the area they have estate restaurant, beach, outside summer theater, events, craft work shop,outdoor routes and a frisbeegolf course. If you like to cycle we have various options nearby! The lake Tuusulanjärvi round is 21km long trip by the lake and through the artists Rantatie (more about round Tuusulanjärvi https://www.visittuusulanjarvi.fi/en/see-and-do/things-to-do/cycling-around-lake-tuusula/). We also have rounds to fat biking, mountain biking and bmx! If you like culture there´s about 3km to Ainola, home of Jean Sibelius, about 6km to Tuusula´s Rantatie which is finnish artists route with Lotta museum and Halosenniemi. Krapin paja has cultural activities and events, outsiden summer theater and music gigs. There´s ice rinks, football fields, outdoor routes, beach/ice swimming, playground, bmx-track, athletic fields, tennis-, badminton- and padel fields, salibandy hall, international frisbeegolf track, skateboard track, fitness stairs and lots of other things. in the winter there is very good ski slopes.
