former winery on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage Region "Wachau"
The old wine farm is built in a simple but typical architectural style of the region. The residential and farm buildings enclose a spacious secluded courtyard with natural pond and a covered seating area.
The very low residential building was renovated between 2010 and 2019 and extended by two rooms. In total it includes a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a children's room and two workrooms. In all rooms there are beds or pull-out couches.
In the barn there is an infrared cabin.
Our cat "Ernesto" loves to be fed and petted.
