Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar, entweder 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß oder ca 10 Minuten mit Bus oder Bahn.

Our flat is located in a quiet part of the city Salzburg. In the vicinity there are several possibilties to go for a walk or even hiking on one of the near mountains. In the area there is not much traffic and there are numerous playgrounds for kids nearby.
You can reach the city center either by bus / train in about 10 minutes or even by foot in 20-30 minutes.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The spaceous balcony face towards west and invites to enjoy the evening sun.

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. We like to be outside in the nature. Our hobbies are books, medieval festivals and going to the theater. Before we had kids, we used to go on extended hiking tours and practice Ju Jutsu together. Since the kids are too small for that we currently are taking a break.
Right now we like to spend much time together as a family. In our activities we are considerate of the needs of our kids.
